About the role
- You'll work closely with our co-founders, engineers, and customers to translate complex regulatory and technical processes into intuitive, modern experiences using AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full design lifecycle from ideation through implementation for Niva's AI-native business verification platform, focusing initially on the data information architecture
- Partner with product, engineering, and founders to define intuitive agentic experiences for complex problems
- Define and develop Niva's design language and design system
- Help shape how design functions at Niva: processes and tools, but more importantly, values, and culture
- 5+ years experience working in product design role (particularly working on B2B SaaS)
- Prior experience building a design system
- Passion for evangelizing design-thinking and excited about making design an integral part of our culture
Requirements
- Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks like React.
- You don't need to be an expert, but must have some experience translating your designs in Figma to a webpage
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
