You will guide homeowners and contractors from initial eligibility through paperwork, program qualifications, and project completion.
Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to support project conversion and contract compliance (approximately 60%).
Complete rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation review (15%).

Strong customer service background - call center or high‑volume communication experience is highly valuable.
Ability to explain technical topics clearly and simply.
Strong communication (phone + email), organization, and documentation skills.
Ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce preferred
Quickbase experience a plus).
Comfortable working independently in a remote, phone‑based advising environment.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
1-2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR a combination of education, training, and work experience.
Technical, sales, and/or customer‑service experience (preferred).
Ability to navigate CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and standard digital communications.
Target Compensation:
Ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; Quickbase experience a plus).

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
$19.55 per hour
