Responsibilities
- The Document Control Coordinator supports Operations, R&D, RA and QA activities by preparing, reviewing, routing, approving and archiving
- Review change orders and associated documentation to ensure compliance to company document and change control procedures.
- Supports the management of hardcopy and digital Quality System files
- Updates and maintains Document Control related logs
- Guides companywide on Quality System, Document Control function
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines
- Track document milestones and completion.
- Performs other related duties, responsibilities and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Document Control experience or 4-year college degree.
- Must be able to read, understand and relay technical information accurately and concisely.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting FDA-regulated or highly controlled environments.
- Experience working with quality management systems and electronic documentation systems.
- Experience with Propel, MasterControl, NetSuite, Procurify, or similar systems.
- SolidWorks or CAD experience.
