Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of previous outside sales or account management experience
- Proven success managing a book of business
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation
- The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan.
Benefits
- Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
