Lead technical accounting research and preparation of position papers; document conclusions of key judgments and estimates with management and external auditors
There will also be involvement with quarter end close activities including providing auditors documentation to support the accounting conclusions made.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
CA or equivalent qualification required;
5 to 8 years combined experience in technical accounting, including Big-4 accounting firms and/or Controllership within large multinational, publicly-held companies;
ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risks and opportunities with Corporate Financial Reporting leadership team;
Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience, including meeting facilitation and presentations;

Detailed understanding of accounting rules
Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
Ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with other managers and directors.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical skills.
Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation).
Superior communication and influencing skills.
Superior teamwork skills
Excellent business acumen.
Excellent project management skills.
Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
