About the role
- The in-house Construction Supervisor works closely with the project landscape architect, project managers, and skilled trades to ensure projects move smoothly from site mobilization through final walkthrough.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations for residential and select commercial landscape construction projects Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontracted specialty trades.
- Manage jobsite scheduling, production goals, and daily work assignments.
- Maintain the company's high standards of craftsmanship and quality control throughout construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with design intent and company standards.
- Coordinate equipment, tools, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.

Requirements
- Ability to read landscape construction plans, construction details, and technical specifications.
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and jobsite production.
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the Houston area.
Nice to have
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- experience with Smartsheet is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
