About the role
- As a Creative Designer, you will shape how NexHealth looks, feels, and communicates across all channels (internal and external).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creative across brand, web, product marketing, and campaign design on any surface area (website, launches, decks, social, events).
- Evolve NexHealth's visual identity and design system to scale across channels and customer segments (front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients).
- Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Leadership, and Sales to bring new products and features to market with crisp, compelling creative.
- Build and elevate customer-facing assets-landing pages, decks, one-pagers, demos, case studies, and launch content-that move the market.
- Manage multiple projects in tight, fast cycles-shipping high-quality work at speed.
- Establish and maintain a high bar for creative quality, consistency, and clarity
- Build ideas that can scale from larger brand and campaign efforts into smaller day-to-day executions
- 7+ years of creative or visual design experience, including web design and brand work
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, web, and marketing design across digital and print
- Experience developing performance marketing creative, with comfort designing testable formats

Compensation
- The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth's total compensation package for employees.
- NexHealth Compensation Range
- $150,000 - $180,000 USD
