About the role
- Involves process engineering and production supervision as necessary to identify and correct the cause and eliminate/minimize future occurrences.
Responsibilities
- Performs BL and pour head calibration along with hand gun and robot wax calibrations
- Maintain the log book
- Perform mold temperature audits
- Maintain pour stream appearance
- Perform output capability studies
- Perform daily FTC audits
- Adequately perform all requirements of the process technician role
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Analyzes statistical control data from machine operators to identify and maintain favorable trends in process and product quality for the plant.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work 2nd shift (2:30pm
- Must abide by all safety rules and policies and attend required safety training
- Must be willing to report unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and assist plant in achieving safety goals as well as achieving and maintaining objectives.
