Responsibilities

  • Serves as the lead team member and assists in leading meeting discussions.
  • Develops goals and objectives and incorporates plans for completion and/or implementation.
  • Develops internal program policies and procedures and establishes strategic standards, goals and objectives for service delivery for incorporation in the agency's strategic plan.
  • Performs research, analyzes, and summarizes data to make specific recommendations.
  • Evaluates processes and recommends improvements to procedures, program operations, interdepartmental workflow, and organizational designs.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
