About the role

  • You'll also have opportunities to identify process improvements that make quoting more efficient for both Sales and internal teams.
  • This role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and helping move deals forward while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales teams on pricing, quoting, and deal structure questions.

Responsibilities

  • As a Deals Desk Analyst II, you'll strategize with Sales and cross-functional teams to support pricing, quoting, and deal structure for a variety of customer transactions.
  • You'll independently manage standard and complex opportunities, helping Sales structure deals that meet customer needs while aligning with company policies and business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales to develop deal structures that align with customer needs, pricing guidelines, and company policies.
  • Use data to help support pricing recommendations and maintain consistency across transactions.

Requirements

  • Review pricing requests, contractual language, and discounts to ensure required approvals are obtained and properly documented.
  • Apply your knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process to help ensure transactions move efficiently from quote through booking, especially during period-end deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales Support, or a similar role.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a SaaS or enterprise software business is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Microsoft Excel is preferred

  • 92,800.00 - 136,070.00 USD
  • 75,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD
  • 68,600.00 - 100,650.00 USD
