Responsibilities
- Duties will be completed parallel to classroom training to support and develop individual competencies.
- Manage branch staff and establish expectations for individual and staff performance.
- Develop employees and facilitate by coaching, instructing, and mentoring
- Manage the maintenance of office equipment, supplies and branch image
Nice to have
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Some college, preferred
- Retail Management experience required
