- The Client utilizes the Business Objects software for reporting.

- Determine the updates needed to client administration procedures to address revised business processes and feedback from users.
- Determine how best to configure a statewide and client reports from HRIS data to meet the needs of each payroll department as well as Central Payroll.
- As a result of these efforts, this position will recommend the creation, joining, or modification to the reporting universes contained in the reporting tool.
- Responsible for policies and procedures related to client reporting and to communicate the activities of the user group to management, as necessary.
- Determine what reporting universe will meet user needs, what elements should be used in the report, and at what level of detail to include in the report.
- Determine report development and modifications based on statewide payroll user requests.
