About the role

  • Mach Energetics Technical Services Division is seeking a STINFO (Scientific and Technical Information Office) Liaison/Administrator to support the development, review, publication, tracking, and distribution of technical documents used internally by government and contractor teams and, when approved, publicly released.

Responsibilities

  • Support data management activities by generating standard and ad hoc reports, maintaining tracking logs, spreadsheets, and government databases, while ensuring proper document naming, version control, archival procedures, and data integrity.
  • Maintain the STINFO SharePoint site, including guidance for Scientists and Engineers (S&E) on workflows, processes, and distribution statements.
  • Prepare, validate, and disseminate a monthly STINFO Status Metrics report to interested parties, with inputs from the STINFO team. The report must include these categories: Technical reports (in edit and reproduction/distribution
  • Assist with converting paper documents to electronic formats, shredding and/or boxing of CUI/CTI information, perform quarterly assessments of office supplies and notify government POCs on status.
  • Prepare, validate, and disseminate a monthly STINFO Status Metrics report to interested parties, with inputs from the STINFO team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift items in indoor and outdoor work environments.
  • Process DD Form 882, Report of Inventions and Subcontracts as required for contract closeout.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience with STINFO office procedures and DTIC submissions.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense technical reporting requirements
  • Prior experience working on a military installation or directly supporting Air Force/Space Force operations.

  • 30, this role aligns with Technical Writer I responsibilities.
  • This writer may have access to blueprints, sketches, drawings, parts lists, specifications, mockups, and product samples to integrate and delineate technology, operating procedure, and production sequence and detail.

  • The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
