About the role
- You will also oversee plant operations during off-shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting growth initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day facility operations, monitor performance trends, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues through collaboration with relevant teams.
- Identify, communicate, and support process improvement initiatives across manufacturing to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with Operations, EHS, and Engineering teams to align with business goals and support strategic initiatives, including capital projects and training.
- Actively participate in or lead site committees and project teams to drive operational excellence and support key growth objectives.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, including direct leadership of operational teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- familiarity with additional operational or data analysis software is a plus.

Compensation
- $84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual
- This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
- As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
- Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
