About the role

As a Founding Product Manager at Artemis, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-native cybersecurity platform.
You'll need to be both hands-on with prototyping and comfortable translating complex detection and analytics systems into clear, human-centered solutions that security practitioners actually want to use.

Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team of engineers and designers, balancing principled intuition with data-driven decision making.
You'll work directly with our co-founders and across engineering, design, security, and AI/ML to turn Artemis' technical capabilities into products that change how companies defend themselves.
Artemis is building the future of AI-driven defense - helping companies detect and defend themselves effectively in an era where AI is fighting AI on the cyber battlefield.
We are growing our team and looking for passionate builders to join us and support our expanding customer base.

Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, synthesizing complex systems into compelling narratives.
We guarantee you will learn more in 1 year here than 10 years in another place.
Must: At least 2 of work years in a SIEM, SOAR, or threat detection cybersecurity vendor.
Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems - prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evals - and the judgment to translate these into reliable, user-facing products.
BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related).
Strong customer empathy and design thinking - especially for technical end users who are skeptical of tools that don't respect their expertise.
Fluency with modern engineering tools and design tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Figma).
Fluency in data and experimentation, and understanding when the answer cannot be found in the data.
Proven ability to lead small, cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency and agency.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
