Responsibilities
- Co-brand fluency - experience managing partner or co-branded materials programs, including versioning, approvals, and brand governance across a partner ecosystem
- End-to-end design for the Vestwell event experience
- Conference booth activations, signage, and environmental design
- Landing pages for campaigns, gated content, and partner-specific experiences
- Email design and HubSpot template build/deployment
- RFP and proposal design
- Co-branded partner materials - logos, collateral, and partner-specific versioning
- App screen and product UI support as needed
- Own and manage the marketing design request intake process - triage the Asana queue, prioritize across stakeholders, and run a weekly design sync
- Onboard new teammates and stakeholders to the design request workflow
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where you are managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong creative concepting skills - you can take a brief from whiteboard to moodboard to finished campaign with a clear point of view
- Experience across print, physical, and digital mediums - you are as comfortable designing a conference booth as a display ad
