HOURS OF WORK Normal hours are Saturday - Wednesday, 4pm - 12:30am, with Thursday-Friday as regular days off.
After hours calls for emergency repair work.

Minimum of three to five years' experience in HVAC work
Candidate must have a valid New York City refrigeration license at time of appointment or selection.
Ability to work indoors in cramped, crowded spaces, usually not air conditioned
Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather, at ground level and on roofs.
Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a variety of tools, equipment and material
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch to gain access to pipes, wiring and equipment
Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
Must have a valid New York refrigeration license at time of appointment or selection.
Trade or vocational school graduate
Excellent vision
near-visual acuity, depth perception, field of vision, color perception.
Pay Rate: $44.95/hr regular rate - $40.46/hr probationary rate
