About the role

- As an inside sales and customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in Shack Shine's services.

Responsibilities
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify their service needs.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking through completion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- This is an inside sales and customer experience role where you'll convert inbound leads into booked appointments, educate customers on our services, and build lasting relationships that drive business growth.

Nice to have
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Knowledge of residential home services is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- $55,000-$65,000 Total Compensation (Hourly + Commission)
