About the role
- Everlight Solar is seeking an experienced technician responsible for leading HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance.
- Requires EPA 608 Certification and 5+ years of field experience.
- This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice HVAC technicians.
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- 5+ years of HVAC field experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required.
- Ability to climb ladders and install conduits.
- Authorized to work in the US and background check required.
