Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will support daily operations within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards at our Archbold, Ohio facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them
- We're in the business of building champions - within our people and our iconic brands like Birds Eye®, Slim Jim® and Reddi-Wip®.

Nice to have
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met
- Assist with product changeovers, equipment setup, documentation, and reporting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.

- Basic math and problem-solving skills
