Manager, Supply Chain based in Hanover, PA.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Sr.

Manager, Supply Chain is responsible to lead and optimize our supply chain operations for our Hanover manufacturing site.
Manage and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize lead times.
Ensure production meetings effectively drive the optimal schedule that achieves past due and on time delivery improvement by product line.
Manage the purchasing team for all Hanover raw materials and packaging and ensure availability for operations.
Work with vendors on improvements such as MOQ and Lead-Time reduction, Consignment programs, and On-time delivery.
Design and implement best practices to achieve supply chain excellence.
Work with the ESAB EBXai team on continuous improvement and lead the supply chain projects to drive Hanover performance.
Oversee inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes to maintain high accuracy and reduce variance.
Work closely with operations, sales, product management, customer support, sourcing, and transportation teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

7+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on manufacturing or industrial production.
Proven expertise in SIOP, demand planning and production scheduling.
Strong experience with inventory management, including cycle counting and AI tool implementation.
Proficiency in SAP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of supply chain software (PowerBI)
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of leading cross functional teams.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
Ability to work off-peak hours and travel - up to 15%.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Working Conditions
Remains in a stationary position 50% of the time and involves additional physical demands such as ascending/descending stairs, walking stooping and standing.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment 'PPE' when working/visiting manufacturing and plant locations.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery including but not limited to printer, tablets, cell phones.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent preferred.
APICS certification (i.e., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
