This is the role that makes everything else run - office, people, and recruiting operations, all in one seat.
The right person is someone who thrives on details others miss, moves fast with details in mind, and treats onboarding and the guest visits as a point of pride.

You'll own the operational backbone of Sapiom - keeping the office stocked, organized, and running without friction, while making sure every new hire and every guest who walks through the door has a seamless experience.
Own office operations end-to-end - inventory, vendor coordination, purchasing, budget, and space planning - keeping the workplace running with zero disruption.
Build a seamless onboarding experience - desks, equipment, access, and workspace setup - partnering with IT so every new hire is ready to go Day 1.
Manage offboarding and workspace transitions cleanly, with nothing falling through the cracks.
Partner across teams - IT, Talent, people, & leadership - to anticipate needs before they become problems.

Demonstrated ownership of office operations, workplace experience, people operations, or administrative operations, with 2+ years in a similar function.
Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
