About the role

  • This is the role that makes everything else run - office, people, and recruiting operations, all in one seat.
  • The right person is someone who thrives on details others miss, moves fast with details in mind, and treats onboarding and the guest visits as a point of pride.

Responsibilities

  • Own office operations end-to-end - inventory, vendor coordination, purchasing, budget, and space planning - keeping the workplace running with zero disruption.
  • Build a seamless onboarding experience - desks, equipment, access, and workspace setup - partnering with IT so every new hire is ready to go Day 1.
  • Manage offboarding and workspace transitions cleanly, with nothing falling through the cracks.
  • Partner across teams - IT, Talent, people, & leadership - to anticipate needs before they become problems.
  • Sapiom builds the financial payments infrastructure for the machine economy - autonomous spend rails that enable AI agents to transact with real-world services safely, processing every dollar spent, every policy decision navigated, and every risk signal generated.
  • We have assembled a world-class team with deep payments and infrastructure DNA to build the operating system for machines.
