About the role
- As Pharmacy Manager, you'll help shape the future of our pharmacy team and the care we provide.
- This is a brand-new location in Richmond Hill, and you'll be the leader establishing the processes to launch and scale operations from day one.
Responsibilities
- Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management to build a high-performing pharmacy team.
- Manage inventory end-to-end - ordering pharmaceuticals, OTC items, and supplies
- Lead reporting and resolution of prescription incidents with a proactive mindset.
- Provide expert medication consultations and support clinical services.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Kroll and comfort working with pharmacy management systems
