About the role
- You will be responsible for supporting two Colorado Agilent LDG/NASD labs with on-site installation, maintenance and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor systems solutions.
- Our multifaceted product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Services & Support
- Support equipment reliability by advising users on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
- Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software
Requirements
- Bachelor's within a science field is helpful - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar
- 4+ years experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
- Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
Nice to have
- Agilent provided instrument training is highly preferred
- cGMP regulated environment experience preferred
Skills
- HPLC's (1260/1290, LCMS & QTOF, BioInerts, etc.)
- Flame AA
- UV-Vis Spectrophotometers
- OligoPro II Capillary Electrophoresis
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems, relating most often to hardware
- Performs maintenance and repairs
- Performs instrument installation and qualification
- ACE is the primary method for execution of qualification testing
- Mentor other service engineers and instrument users on Agilent instrument systems
Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $43.12 - $67.37/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
