5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent professional experience.

Exceptional leadership with a focus on driving high-velocity results and a culture of performance.
Mindset: Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
