Responsibilities
- You will own how the experience flows. The structure, the sequence, and the path a person takes through the product. The job is to solve the problem, then make the answer elegant, simple, and fluid.
- Find the real problem, then design the simplest experience that solves it
- Shape how the product flows: the structure, the sequence, and how one step leads to the next
- Drive elegance and simplicity. Take out what the customer does not need
- You design how a product works. Your best work is flows, structure, interaction, and whether a person understands it
- You will own how the experience flows.
- Design solves the problem with the team. It does not arrive after the direction is set
- We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer products
- You are comfortable with ambiguity
- Work moves from the canvas into prototypes, and back, until the thing you can use is the thing you meant
Compensation
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
