Reporting to the Event Services Manager and the General Manager, the Event Services Supervisor supports the day-to-day execution of venue operations by coordinating event setups and supervising the on-shift event services team.
Partner with vendors, catering teams, property management, and internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Collaborate with Event Services Managers, Event Producers, and Operations teams to execute events successfully and communicate any changes or operational concerns.
Document event issues and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.

2+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, venue operations, or a related field.

Experience supervising or coordinating frontline teams in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Full Time Hourly Rate: $27/hour
This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.
