About the role
- Incorporate continuous improvements using ME Continuous Improvement, Lessons Learned, Deviation, and Decision Record processes.
- Participate in peer reviews and share lessons learned across the organization.
- Follow quality processes such as Reconciliation Matrix/Control Plan, SCCAF, PFMEA, and Error Proofing.
Requirements
- Safety and Compliance Other Tasks Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Battery Test Engineering, Test Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Compensation
- This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.
- Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
