About the role

  • This role is based full-time in our New York City office near Madison Square Park and reports to the Head of Brand and Marketing.
  • You write with clarity, economy, and a strong editorial instinct.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the weekly member newsletter end to end - writing, editing, coordinating inputs, and ensuring consistent voice and quality every week.
  • Write and manage all member-facing communications including event invitations, onboarding emails, announcements, and ongoing member engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain and evolve 3i's brand voice across all written touchpoints, ensuring consistency across channels and audiences.
  • Manage and grow 3i's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant brand channels - developing content, writing posts, and ensuring the channel reflects the voice and standards of the brand.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop messaging for new products, member initiatives, and community programming.
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and other creative vendors - briefing, reviewing, and ensuring output meets brand standards.
  • Support internal communications as needed, including team updates and member-facing announcements.
  • Experience managing a brand's social presence, particularly LinkedIn, with an understanding of what drives engagement among a professional and high-net-worth audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications - ideally at a financial services firm, a media company, or premium consumer brand.
  • You can adapt your voice to match a brand and a person.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment where you are expected to execute at a high level with limited oversight.

Nice to have

  • Genuine interest in investing, private markets, or finance is a plus - intellectual curiosity about the subject matter matters here.
