About the role

  • We're looking for a highly motivated, AI-native Digital Marketing Specialist to power our digital presence across every channel and product line.
  • This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can do a little of everything and a lot of the things that move us forward.

Responsibilities

  • Own Billd's organic social presence end to end: strategy, content calendar, writing, design, scheduling, posting, and community engagement, growing audience and engagement across channels.
  • Build a content repurposing engine: take one asset (a webinar, a market report, a blog, a customer story) and spin it into social posts, graphics, email, short copy, and sales collateral.
  • Use AI tools daily to research, draft, design, and ship faster, and develop workflows to empower our growth and stay ahead of new tools for efficiency.
  • Build, send, and optimize email campaigns and nurtures in HubSpot, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • Manage and update the website and landing pages: publish content, keep pages current and on brand, and improve them over time.
  • Own organic SEO for our content: keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing improvements that grow organic traffic.
  • Help manage and get the most out of our marketing technology stack and digital tools, and coordinate with outside agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners as needed.
  • Produce content and creative for webinars and virtual and in-person events, and support event production.

  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content, social media, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
  • Genuinely technology-native and AI-fluent.
