Responsibilities
- Assist in managing ongoing support channels for users
- Help design repeatable enrollment, onboarding, and support processes
- The chance to not only change the future of work and communication, but your own future as well
- You've worked at growth-stage companies and want to pick up experience building a business from the beginning
- Detailed knowledge of cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), email (Gmail, Outlook), and chat (Slack) technologies and their capabilities
- The opportunity to learn 10x (through success and failure) with access to everything that comes with building a business
- Firsthand operating experience marketing to and acquiring users - both developing go-to-market strategy and executing it
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, customer service, or similar roles
- Experience using Hubspot, Airtable, Salesforce, or similar CRM software
