Responsibilities
- This is a client-facing position, and it is expected that the Associate Counsel will establish highly collaborative, productive relationships with Parexel clients, other business partners and colleagues.

- Analyze complex business and legal issues/risks to achieve practical solutions.
- Consistently meet internal and external timelines.
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Take initiative and exercise ingenuity in problem-solving.
- J.D. and Bar Admission required
- Preference for 3-6 years' experience in a large multi-national law firm and/or in-house experience supporting commercial operations and negotiating key transactions for a global corporation, ideally in the life sciences.
