About the role
- Interact with the Customer at all levels of Management.
- May provide input to the Onsite Manager regarding performance.
- Oversee the inspection process, and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables.
Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Team Lead I will manage/coordinate and monitor the activities of the assigned work area.
Requirements
- Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekend shifts
- Must be comfortable working with scanners and tablets for data keeping and time entries
- Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable attendance is an essential part of this position
- Experience in automotive or industrial setting is an asset - we are willing to train for the right person!
- Previous professional interactions with customers and/or vendors
- Must read, write and speak basic English
