- This role will require travel at varying frequencies, and will also require working flexible hours from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Document market/industry/customer trends and dynamics (e.g. via business forecasts, pursuit status reports, decision maker/influencer maps, competition intelligence briefings, industrial collaboration roadmaps, etc.) to support internal decision making.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the defense industry.
- Oversee and/or lead entire capture campaigns from start to finish (including analysis of requirements, assessment of competition, identification of customer budget constraints, and development of winning strategies and themes), ensuring compliance with corporate processes.
- Strong relationships with our teammates help us unite, overcome challenges, and deliver the world-class quality we're known for.
- You'll apply advanced thinking, design expertise, and practical problem-solving to help equip military and allied forces with leading-edge systems.

- A collaborative team player who can build consensus by pulling multi-disciplinary teams together and aligning them around common goals and objectives as they relate to growth.
Requirements
- Interface with relevant groups within the company to establish a smooth flow of information related to pursuits and to seek advice/input from others as required.
- A degree of technical competence gained through either an engineering/science background or through exposure to technical-intensive organizations in previous roles.
- Ideally prior working experience with structured capture/proposal processes (color team reviews, gate reviews, etc.).

- Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.
