Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, ensuring excellence in inspection, nonconformance management, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement while driving accurate, high-integrity execution.
  • Provide technical leadership and coaching in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, MSA/GR&R, Cpk, RCA, ECN implementation, QMS audits, and document control.
  • monitor performance, communicate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and exercise stop-work authority to protect quality and compliance.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through technical instruction, performance feedback, and accountability, fostering engagement, capability growth, and a high-performance culture.
  • Establish and execute short- and long-term team objectives aligned with business goals; monitor performance, communicate cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and exercise stop-work authority to protect quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • weekends as required.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm; weekends as required.

  • Skills: Lean Six Sigma, ISO9001 Certification, or IATF required, Certified Quality Auditor preferred, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred, Microsoft Suite, Leadership, and Customer Service

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000.
