About the role
- This role is based in NYC, SF, or Seattle and expected to come to our office a few times per week.
- You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function, keeping processes airtight and candidate experience exceptional.
- You sweat the details others miss, you have a bias towards action, and you hold the bar high at every step of the process.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles
- Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale
- over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
- Own the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our ATS and documentation up to date
- Learn the fundamentals of sourcing alongside our recruiters; over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar role
- Nice to Haves: Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI tools
