Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and plant utility equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and work orders
  • Must provide own hand tools appropriate for the role

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and electrical circuits (120V-480V)
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Must be able to wear required PPE

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred

Compensation

  • Annual bonus opportunity (up to 5% based on plant performance)
