About the role

Userpilot is looking for a driven and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

Qualify inbound leads quickly and efficiently, routing high-potential prospects to the appropriate AE
Research target accounts and build personalized outreach that speaks to the specific pain points of product, engineering, and growth teams
Maintain a consistent daily activity cadence and hit weekly and monthly pipeline targets
Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
High energy, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
Partner with high-growth, transformative companies shaping the future of SaaS and product experiences.

Proven ability to hit activity and pipeline creation targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills - you know how to write a cold email that gets a reply
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar)
Proficiency in HubSpot or another CRM
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role - SaaS experience preferred
