- Have 3-5+ years of experience in People/HR Operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Are a Workday power user, comfortable processing transactions, running reports, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Have experience supporting onboarding operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Think in systems and enjoy improving processes.
- Are comfortable operating with autonomy and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Communicate clearly and thoughtfully across teams.
- Take ownership and follow through.
