- Worth AI is on the lookout for a dedicated and innovative Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team.
- As an SDET, you will bridge the gap between development and testing, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven software solutions.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure optimal functionality.
Responsibilities
- Your work will be pivotal in creating automated tests and testing frameworks that support our mission of providing businesses with equitable decision-making tools.
- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will help drive the testing strategy and implement best practices to enhance our software's resilience and performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Develop robust testing strategies for both back-end and front-end components of our applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide testing insights throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and technical specifications.
- Research and implement industry best practices for software testing and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience with automation (Playwright) testing tools and frameworks Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with database testing and knowledge of SQL.
