About the role
- This isn't your typical coaching position.
- You're currently running one (or more) businesses, generating $20K-$50K/month or more, and you've built real systems, hired real teams, and know what it means to scale under pressure.
- Your role starts with weekly live Q&As and coaching events, and if there's alignment, it can grow into a paid consulting or other opportunities inside the AAA ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Coaching & Execution Support - Host weekly Q&A sessions and/or live coaching calls for members in the Accelerator. - Answer questions and share systems, frameworks, and experiences that helped you scale your own business. - Help founders break through operational bottlenecks-team structure, delegation, fulfillment, lead flow, etc.
- Community Engagement - Show up inside our community platform to engage with members and offer feedback or insights. - Share strategic advice that cuts through noise and accelerates action. - Support the mindset shift from operator to systems-driven CEO.
- The kind of people who aren't just building their own empires, but feel deeply fulfilled helping others build theirs too.
