Your Impact Cisco is seeking a passionate Sr.

Collaborate with Cisco Business Units and external suppliers to anticipate, document, and validate the performance signatures and behavior of power circuits, including board mount power modules.
Use technical expertise and independent thinking to identify contributing factors to design issues and implement necessary corrective actions.
Communicate complex technical information effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support product development and innovation.
Component Engineer to join our team, focusing on electronic product design and multidisciplinary power delivery to support the development of next-generation products.
This role is critical to driving robust, defensive design implementations and ensuring the seamless integration of power circuits within our systems.

Supplier relationship management experience
Familiarity with IPC-9592B and JESD22 standards on reliability evaluation requirements for Power Conversion Devices and Semiconductor IC/packaged solid state devices.
Deep knowledge of mixed signal and power components, including their, manufacturing processes, process control, and testing strategies.
Demonstrated competency in driving rigorous quality control measures and continuous improvements to ensure product quality standards and reliability are consistently met.

The starting salary range posted for this position is $140,800.00 to $183,000.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benef

Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
