About the role
- The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience advising private equity sponsors, strategic buyers and sellers, and emerging growth companies in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

Compensation
- Comp: $260,000 - $390,000
- Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
