Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents across chat, voice, email, and workflow automation channels
- Design reasoning, memory, and retrieval systems that combine structured CRM data with unstructured business signals
- Collaborate with Go To Market Strategist, R&D, Product, and Sales teams to define and build AI-powered GTM workflows
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, and Claude Code.
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS integrations, and data pipelines
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM or revenue operations data
- Knowledge of MCP, agent evaluation, observability, and cloud platforms
- Preferred -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Builder mindset with a desire to solve real business problems
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes
- Systems thinker who enjoys connecting data, workflows, and automation
- Excellent communicator able translating complex technical concepts into business value
- Naturally curious about AI, emerging technologies, and agent architectures
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $65,000–$100,000 USD.
