Compensation
- The salary range for this exempt role is between $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position.
- Compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and competitively, with a focus on fairness, internal equity, and market alignment.
- In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for RPA's full benefits package and growth opportunities within the agency.
