- The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the head coach in executing the organization, administration, and coaching of the Women's Soccer program.
Responsibilities
- Support fundraising goals set for the program.
- Drive college or rental vehicle for away games.
- Support the athletic department, student-athletes' eligibility/academic progress and provide support as needed.
- Support retention and completion initiatives in conjunction with the athletic department and student service support staff.
Requirements
- Experience coaching intercollegiate (varsity), club sport, or varsity high school athletics.
- Knowledge and experience coaching Women's Soccer.
- Knowledge of NCAA and/or USCAA or NJCAA rules and compliance.
- Must be willing to drive college or rental team van.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances.
- To be considered for employment at Bucks County Community College, applicants must be permitted to legally work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

Compensation
- Season Salary $4,000
