This role is responsible for coordinating, ensuring material delivery meets with schedule timelines.

Support logistics operations by optimizing workflow staging as necessary.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of system data in collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to align with demands and schedules.
Collaborate with engineers and the planning team on the release of runs.
Generate and maintain reports highlighting requirements, milestones, and limitations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with schedulers, and managers to fulfill action requirements.
Using an incremental, hardware-rich and low-cost approach, Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station.
Haven Demo's 2025 success made Vast the only operational commercial space station company to fly and operate its own spacecraft.
Vast is looking for a Manufacturing Coordinator, 2nd shift, reporting to the Supervisor,Integration, to support Haven-1 Manufacturing within the Integration team.
You'll be working cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to maintain production flow and resolve any blockers proactively.

Pay Range: California
Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
