Fusion Health is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Application Development team.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers through a pivotal stage of growth, elevating skills in architecture, code quality, and systems design Partner with product and QA to rearchitect key systems and drive complex initiatives from technical strategy through production readiness Establish and enforce engineering standards that raise the bar on reliability, scalability, and craftsmanship Stay close to the code through thoughtful reviews, sharp debugging, and leading by example Build a team culture where feedback flows freely, growth is intentional, and great work is the norm
You will lead the people and processes behind the systems that clinicians depend on every day, balancing technical leadership with team development in an environment where the work is complex and the stakes are real.

We support clinicians working in movement restricted communities, where care delivery is more complex and software reliability is critical.

$150-170K At Fusion, our salary ranges are designed to be competitive within our size and industry.
