Assist in managing client accounts and provide support to internal service team.
Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
Education: High school diploma
Licensing: Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.

The salary range for Minnesota residents is $52,500- $70,400.
