About the role

This role is responsible for architecting the measurement framework for all Beast products and services.
This is a foundational position that requires a deep understanding of the intersection between viral content and commercial conversion, serving as the connective tissue between creative outputs and measurable business outcomes.

Partner with cross-functional leads to define success criteria for diverse product and service launches.
Design and oversee the implementation of internal analytical tools to streamline performance tracking.
Develop framework standards that empower creative teams to make data-informed decisions in real-time.
Provide strategic recommendations on necessary third-party or proprietary software tools to support measurement.
High level of presence and communication skills necessary to lead briefings and influence strategy with leadership.
